(aka things you might be wondering, answered the lettuce way)

 ✿ is it "real"?

yes. always. sterling silver is sterling silver. solid gold is solid gold. cotton is cotton. nothing plated, nothing pretending (and if it is, we'll let you know ;)). only the "real" thing — everything is meant to last as long as you do (and then some).

our goal is for you anything you find here at lettuce goods to somehow end up in your great great niece's nephew's possession — cuz wouldn't that be cool :)

 ✿ can i swim/shower/live in it?

do whatever you want! things can be repaired, patched, adorned, etc. etc. etc. a grease stain, a snag, tear or a ding are signs of life well lived; and we like it that way.

we’re firmly in the camp of jump in every body of water you can find with your jewelry on. all pieces are made to live with you — lakes, oceans, pools, late night showers, all of it.

that said: avoid harsh chemicals (cleaners, chlorine, perfumes, lotions). rinse in fresh water after salt/chlorine. a polishing cloth is your friend. sterling silver will tarnish more when it’s sitting unworn, but that’s easy to bring back.

(translation: yes, wear it. always. just give it a lil love.)

 ✿ how long will shipping take?

everything ships usps ground advantage or usps priority mail unless otherwise noted. once it leaves our hands, it usually takes 2–4 business days within the u.s. for international orders we ship via UPS, timeframes vary, but we’ll always provide tracking so you can follow your treasure’s journey. 

all orders ship fully insured, and orders over $500 are always signature required.

 ✿ how’s it packaged?

packed with care and love, always. we use deadstock + repurposed materials whenever possible — because the world doesn’t need more packaging. old is our favorite. your piece will arrive safe, simple, and thoughtful (without extra fluff you don’t need).

 ✿ what if something breaks / doesn’t fit?

life happens. if your piece ever needs a hole patched, a new adornment added.. repair or resizing, we’ll do everything we can to help. just reach out; we like to think most fixes are possible :')

 ✿ do you take custom requests?

yes, and we love them!!!! if you have an idea for something new, or want to tweak an existing design, let’s talk. custom pieces take time (good things always do), but they’re worth it (we promise). shoot us an email to hey@lettucegoods with some deets and we'll be in touch :)

 ✿ what’s your return policy?

because of the nature of handmade items + custom jewelry, all sales are final. if something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

 ✿ do you do wholesale?
